I guess the fact that its more acceptable to be flexible.
no not in terms of sex silly,
but we (ladies) can be both "masculine" and feminie at the same time and its cool.
some dude in a dress gets harassed,
If I wear pants and sweats Im just a tom boy or frumpy.

for men I guess it would be knowing that your responsible for inheriting the world. Most of our leaders are men, and they are expected to play key roles in decisions. Think of it like this, men never needed a revolution to get the right to vote, work outside the home or go to school. This was all expected of them. I guess this is why they fight amongst themselves over who is MORE of a man, because some things are just expected when you have a penis.
