do NOT use an anti-perspirant. Use a deodorant. Any leading brands will work.

Try Mitchum clear gel. Skip the Lady Mitchum, it doesn't have as strong of an anti-perspirant as the regular. The unscented is the best because it won't compete with your perfume, if you wear any. I've tried both the solid and the gel and they're both excellent sweat stoppers but I liked the gel because it dries clear so it doesn't leave white streaks on your shirt.
Good luck, hope to have helped!

not sure of the exact spelling, but there is a product with a high concentration of aluminum chloride (lower strenght than prescription kind) called something like "certi-dri" ?? avalilable at CVS, and there is a CVS brand of the same thing.
prescription strength aluminum chloride deoderants are given by doctors to people who truly sweat a lot, and it is also very common for brides to use for their wedding days.
just remember: anti-perspirants help reduce sweating, and deoderants help to cover the smell/ keep you smelling fresh
