Do you believe in this?
It takes a minute to meet someone,
An hour to like them,
A day to fall in love,
And a lifetime to forget them....

that's cute but i dont necessarily agree with it... yes it takes one minute to meet someone but there are alot of times when someone meets someone and they dont necessarily really like eachother until much later (for whatever reason) when they really get to know each other...also i believe that it takes much longer than a day to actually fall in love with someone... I guess i cant say that your saying is impossible or unlikely...im just saying that it doesnt always apply...

Pretty much.
I would take it one step at a time, though.
You can take a minute to meet someone, but after an hour, you can find you completely hate them. Then you don't go onto the next step. But if you do end up liking them, there could be a chance for that day to fall in love--but when you love them, it certainly does take a lifetime to forget them... Heck, for the people you just like, it can take a lifetime to forget them.
But yeah, one step at a time...

I believe that it takes a minute to meet someone.......an hour to like them....but not a day to fall in love.....to actually be in love you have to know that person and you wouldn't know them just after one day.....and I do believe it takes a lifetime to forget them.

I have never agreed with that statement more than I do now. I believe that its all possible, maybe not for some women to experience all that in such short times. I'm hoping that a lifetime doesn't last very long, or I get amnesia soon! :(

no. sometimes i like people immediately, but sometimes it takes me days to decide if i like someone. falling in love doesn't happen in a day it happened for me over a few month period but it does take a lifetime to forget people who mean the world to you.

I believe this is true for male and females but not for everybody you meet. When you meet someone special then they are gone, I do not think you would ever forget them, just usually time passes and other thoughts cover up your thoughts of them for the most part.

i totally agree! not everyone can be had that easily, but for some people it happens! i remember playing at the local park when i was like 5... this little blonde haired blue eyed boy named "jake" and i played for like 3 hours, and of course i didnt love him... i was 5, but evey now and then i wonder where he is and how hes doing, and im 19 now. so thats two hours to like, and after 14 years i still havent forgot him!

No. don't agree with u.

Meeting..liking..falling in love..forgeting....all this depends upon the situation and the mental position. There is no specified time for this..

I think u r in a fantasy world..Come out of it and be practical.
Sorry, if u felt hurt.

Yes, until you fall in love with the right person for you - then you don't have to forget them.
