They are loving, playful, and smart. They tend not to cause allergic reactions as much as other breeds.

They are Hypoallergenic. Being small you should expect physical health problems to conflict them easily/geneticly. They are fragile and people over look little injuries or are unaware,.. and those can turn life threatening.
They are very smart. You should get them from a reputable breeder. They may get ill easily/quickly,.. so the weird clotheing makes sense.
I have no clue what kind of information you are looking for. Poodles are said to be the cats of dogs and have cat like behavior.

They don't ever shut up. Ever. Poodles are the only breed of dog I dislike, and not only do I dislike them: I detest them. They exceed annoyance. They have mastered being detestable.
