after ebing stepped on, stood up, adn just general screwed any which way except literaly, i have no self confidence left, and i cant seem to know what to say when im interested in a woman anymore, just a lot of bad thoughts with self doubt start plagueing my mind? advice please...

Okay Irish, let's begin with you. Honor yourself. You are your own best friend. You are the greatest person you know. Learn to love yourself, to be comfortable with who you are. Remember, you are unique in the entire Universe. Nobody else can do what you can do. If you honor and truly love yourself, others will see that in you and be attracted to you...mostly because they lack that in themselves. If you learn to honor yourself you will feel comfortable talking with anyone. After all, who ar they when compared to you? Certainly no better.What do you talk about? Whatever you want to. Whatever they want to. Say "hello" and ask a question. If they don't want to talk to you they're missing out on a unique opportunity.

Read this awesome book called "Being Happy" and live it. Things will fix themselves if you do. Pretty much anyone you would meet right now wouldn't be good for you anyway because you aren't being good to you. If you can't be confident, respect and like you, how can you expect that of anyone else?

Just remember that average guys have only about a 10% success rate, and you will be fine. Keep it up! You have to ask a LOT of women out to find one that you like and who likes you back. So just keep trying! Good luck!
