It is going to be very hard but you will get over it. You will have that unsecure feeling until he shows you that you can trust him. That is just human nature to go on to another relationships with baggage of another. But in time you forget it.

You sound like you're fairly inexperienced with relationships, and I don't mean that in a negative way at all.
Guys aren't all bad, just some guys, and you have to take them on a one on one basis. Whatever reason you and your boyfriend broke up, just try to take whatever lesson from it you can, give yourself some time to heal, and move on.
The biggest thing is the learning process. Look at the relationship, find the good and bad points, and they should help you get a baseline as to what to look for in the next guy. Once you can do that, the difficult part is over, and the harder part begins, and that's finding a guy who meets the standards you've set for yourself after this last relationship.
Believe me, you'll find a guy worth your time, you just have to be patient, and don't rush in to anything. And don't let this one person destroy your trust in men as a whole.

hey - everyone has gone through this at one time or another. the very best advise is - stop - take a deep breath - thank whom ever your higher power is for all the wonderful things you once had. Say thank you..... now you can have all my suffering, all my feelings of lost love because I do not wish to be saddened.
Make one complete circle and walk away from what was and go seek out was it to be- anxious for a new adventure - with smiles of joy boosting all your best.... you can do it... learn and take note from the thousands that suffered before you and were not smart enough to ask for help... life baby- enjoy it

As much as it's not the quick solution, time really is the only and best solution for getting over someone. Just wait. In a couple months you'll be so over it. Just know that there are better things out there in this world, even if it doesn't feel true now.
