Because the normal, well adjusted guys know how to take the hint. The perverts couldn't take the hint if it was in flashing neon lighting, and the married men have forgotten how to communicate (which is why they aren't doing the right thing and talking to their wives).
In all honesty, it's not your fault. You could change your behaviour, and still have the same problem. You could do nothing differently, and find things change for you down the road. Ultimately, you're just as likely to tell the good ones to piss off too...

I'm sure it's nothing you are doing to draw creepy guys, who knows what motivates some people? You are probably just a good looking friendly girl-ALL people are drawn to that personality type-maybe one of these guys won't be perverted and/or married. Don't give up.

You are putting out vibes. My sister does this. She is NICE to them, when no one else is. Try to observe your body language, your language. Be just a little less friendly and more businesslike. Of course, don't do this with people you WANT to be asked out by!
