Why would you want to get fat? That part is easy: don't exercise and eat a lot of crap.

But if you want to know the best way to gain weight that's not fat: eat plenty of protein and work out, do weight training exercises.

Dude believe me - I'm 15, 100 pounds and 5'4 - the LAST thing you want to do is gain fat. Gaining muscle is a different story though. I suggest commonly working out and running. I work out every 2 days and run every other day about a mile or more. You want to gain muscle (which weighs more than fat), and stay healthy. Most people think you need fat to gain muscle, but this is a common misconception. My coach told me I gained 10 pounds in just 4 months. Just try to eat more (4 meals a day) and eat before you go to bed because it will help you gain the weight. Be sure to turn that extra baggage into muscle though. Good luck.

Firstly speak with your doctor before deciding on a plan to suit you. He/she will know the best way to help you get where you want without putting your health at risk. Protein and regular exercise is a great start!

You're maybe a little slim, but not seriously so. If you want to put on a few pounds (as opposed to becoming obese), simply go for higher-calorie foods, or more of the foods you eat now if they're healthy.

i suggest u some ayurvedic remedies
u may use ashvagandha powder daily morning with milk to gain fat
maximum usage of pure ghee will do the same
also take daily light exercizes
make ur mind free from all the tensions n stress

Oh, I've heard of this miracle product somewhere. It's proven to increase your weight and through certain understandings, this wonderful thing seems to have been used for ages. If my memory serves me right, it's called FOOD.

Eat five times a day.
Make body movements absolutely low.
Try eat sweet everytime you have food.
Some chocolates, icecreams, cakes, puddings, etc.
