Yes, the chemical is still fresh on your hair and it could cause major damage. Wait about a week or so

No, do not braid or put any tracks in your hair after perming/relaxing, this will result in hair breakage, wait at least two weeks for the hair cuticle to fully close and form before any type of braiding to take place. After a chemical process hair is way too weak and fragile to handle any sort of braiding.

The next time you should get a consultation and find out the hair design you will wear when you get your weave. Then you can relax just the part that will be left out of the weave. The rest should be left naturally nappy. The strength of your naturla hair will be able to withstand the twists and turns of the braid pattern and the weight of the hair; something that freshly relaxed hair is not capable of doing. I service lots of women who relaxed first and then weaved and the hair is broken, dry, and very unhealthy. A competent stylist should always work to preserve the integrity of your hair and scalp. Wait 3-4 weeks and professionally deep condition weekly, you will get some new growth and the hair will be ready for whatever.

Many people relax their hair before getting weaves put in to make it look better, and there's nothing wrong with that. Just make sure that the braids aren't too tight, as your natural hair might fall out and try to keep your scalp well greased.

It is okay to get it done after relaxing. Make sure whoever does the braiding uses a braid hair along with your natural hair this is to protect your hair. Another thing, please don't allow them to do it too tight, this is what Will pull out your hair.
