what kinds of things can i make out of flour, sugar,salt,water,seasonings,butter?

ok me and my family just moved and we have not been able to get on our feet real quick and we are running out of money fast and have no food-with all these things what kinds of food can i make PLEASE HELP!!!!

tortillas, potentially pasta...

is that all you have? or are there other ingredients... such as butter or eggs would make a difference for options.

That's about all I have too! I always make fried bread, flour pudding, flat bread, bread soup, pasta, etc..I'm not a great cook but you could make a lot of things out of flour and water alone. About recipes...hmmm just mix the ingredients together and think of something to do with it! Good luck and hope you get more food for the holidays!

Ingredients:
- banana
- wheat flour
-sugar (1 tablespoon)
-a pinch of salt
-tap water

Method:
1. slice the banana into half.
2. mash the banana in a bowl and mix it with wheat flour and tap water ( until it looks like a dough)
3. add a table spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt and stir all the ingredients together.
4. deep fry the ingredients bit by bit until it turns golden brown.

flour and water makes a paste and an egg voila pasta you might need a fridge to keep it cool if you live in Canada leave it outside for about 30 mins depending on its consistency, and remember use sugar and the paste to catch small live pray then use the small pray to catch fish or bears.

Where do you live? Go to your local church and just ask for some food assistance. I've done it in the past when my life was in bad shape. Do it as soon as possible.
