So, I know that only drinking water is good for your skin and hair, but are there any dramatic changes that take place if you consume plenty of water and do not drink any soft drinks?? Anyone do this or ever tried this and if so, what were your results?? Does drinking a lot of water also decrease a bloated stomach? Thanks!

Good for your vital organs, blood and especially the brain. You can overdo on drinking water, so only 6 8 oz glasses per day are fine.

Water keeps toxins flushed out of your body and everything functioning right. Your skin hair and nails even will look better. No need to consume soft drinks unless you like to drink soft drinks. Nothing replaces water, and the more hydrated you are, the better your memory and thinking can even be. A large % of the U.S. is chronically dehydrated, and I bet a lot of them misplace their car keys all of the time of forget the simplest things. The more water you drink, the better off you are. Drinking plenty of water also helps aid in digestion of the foods that your eat.

you will feel a heck of a lot better for one thing. the soft drinks cause bloating by themselves. if you are drinking regular coke etc and stop you will lose weight. but even diet pop and cause bloating and isn't healthy.
drinking your day's supply of water balances things out. you will actually get more bloated if you don't drink enough because the body is trying to hang on to what it has.

Water will help flush you system of any harmful things in your body...it will also help you gain more energy, have more stamina and will also make you psychologically more stable. While you can overdo water you would be forcing yourself to drink that much. Drink 64-120 ounces of water.

alot of antheic do that, drink just water or tea non sugar based drink would help u in better shaped. u would had less hard time loss weight, cause u had less worry about sugar level. not sure abotu decrese bioted due to water. but water is really what u all need, and food of course.

Soft drinks - bad.
Water - good.
What kinds of soft drinks are you consuming? Diet? regular?
The gases in soft drinks can give you bloated tummy. Water will not.

If ya gotta drink soda....go to DIET soda..for every one you drink (8 oz), drink 2 8 oz glasses of water a day.... it aint rocket science, the body is 70% water...replenish it daily with preferably distilled and/or mineral water...be good to your body and your body will be good to you.... I lost 6 lbs, 12 years ago when I switched from regular coke to diet coke...

Water helps filter out impurities from your body. If you are overweight, water helps you to lose it because water is 0 calories. Also, a muscle cannot function without water.
