Sikh's believe in no violence unless it's absolutely necessary.
(protecting someone, standing up for what is right)

Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita As it is BY Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada "As long as their is animal slaughter their will be war and famine." So we can help the world just by being a vegetarian. What goes around comes around. Someone has to die for every animal that dies.
