I've been through some downheel relationships in the past few years and now I feel like I can't show any love or affection to a girl even if I really like her. Any advice would be helpful.

honestly it just doesn't sound like you are ready! But if you feel that you need to jump in sooner or later than the best way to do it is to just throw out your pride for a night and go out with the girl! It gets easier the more you move forward!

I am in a relationship with a guy with the same problem. Its been a year and Im ready to dump him, so you better snap out of it if you fall in love.

You can't take out your past relationships on a new person. Give the new person a chance and accept them for who they are.
