Hmmmm...... if your bathroom is close enough by so that you could set a separate alarm clock, put it beside the sink. Make sure it is a LOUD alarm clock. When it goes off, get up, and make yourself splash cold water on your face before you turn it off. Then DON'T go back into your bedroom for 5 minutes. Go to the kitchen and prepare a quick breakfast or something. Turn on the TV and start watching the morning news.

I wish you luck. I seem to have a bit of the same problem. Luckily, I don't have to punch a time clock where I work.

First of all, ignore the people who call you lazy. Many things can cause a person not to be able to wake up and get right up. Do you have health conditions that may be causing it?

Here is what did not work for me--loud/annoying alarm clocks/clocks on the other side of the room/5 clocks with alarms out at 15 minute intervals, etc.

Here is what did work (though it isn't foolproof)--setting the alarm (can be music/phone ringer) to a normal level of sound (not low, not high) and setting it on a pleasant tune.

Example of a pleasant tune--bkljkum...blukjlkjbum...(office-telephoney sounding ring as opposed to BRRRRRRRRRRRRING or PA CHICKA DUN DUN DUN CRASH BANG, YAH MAN, LET'S GROVE TONIGHT, WOO HOO BABY GET DOWN IN THE DANCE CLUB, etc.). Another pleasant ring example--quiet, peaceful Christmas/classical/instrumental music.

Bottom line--do not "jar" yourself awake with harsh/loud/annoying noises. If you feel annoyed, something isn't right.

If you feel good, get up right then.

And set a backup alarm across the room that is set a bit later in case you go back to sleep.

Go to bed earlier at night. Try to get up at the same time everyday, even when you don't have to go to work. I hate getting up in the morning as well. It takes me quite awhile to "wake up" and be ready for the day. So I try to get up at least two hours before I have to be to work. Have my morning coffee...pee etc etc. It's much easier for me to get through the early part of the day. There are some alarm clocks that are gradual instead of loud and annoying. It basically works its way up to waking you up.
Also I keep the curtains open so that daylight can get into my room in the morning. When the sun comes up...your body has a natural propensity to want to get up due to the light.

Get a very annoying alarm clock and put it on the other side of the room.........turn it up nice and loud too so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

You need to start making use of the world's strongest alarm clock: Your own, inner one. To ativate it, go to sleep 9 hours before you need to get up. And sleep.
Nothing works better than this.

Dude, snap out of it. You are just being plain *** lazy. Of course the bed feels good and comfy and you don't want to leave it - but you are a grown *** adult with responsibilities and it is only up to you to make the conscious decision to get yourself out of bed in the morning.
Maybe you simply hate your job - if you don't have any motivation to get out of bed then you probably won't.
Unfortunately, there is no magic cure to get you out of bed - you just have to do it.
Own up to your responsibilities, get out of bed and get busy doing what you need to do.
I really do think you are just either bored to death with your job and don't really care about going or you are just making yourself lazier and lazier. The longer you go on doing this, the worse it's going to get.
SNAP OUT OF IT AND GET YOUR BUTT OUT OF BED!!!!

Are you getting enough sleep? When you do sleep do you sleep hard or do you wake up a lot?
You could try talking to a doctor there could be an underlining problem?
