Well, that was just stupid wasn't it. This is why you should listen to your parents. Now you are stuck until you are of age.

No artist in a reputable shop is going to touch you. Do you know that they face over 20,000.00 fees and jail time for inking a minor with out concent? One, it was your fault for getting a tattoo by someone who was inexperienced. Two, wait until you are of age, by then you probably will not want the tattoo, and might be able to cover it. Three, it is not a "gun", it is called a tattoo machine. I know waiting sucks, but the laws are there for a reason. Trust me

Ok so searching local newspapers and shops wont help you to much avail because peopl advertising in there are running a buisness and risking chances of loosing there buissness or a lawsuit is not what they want... but you could still always go to one an see why its doing that i assume cheap ink... maybe go back to the same artist and ask him what he suggests, but you shouldve gone and done it professionally... i too have learned alot of things the hard way, so i guess i kinda know how you feel well good luck

ohh and b's wife you dont really need to scold her like ur her mother... whats done is done why dont u try and help her rather than hindering...

No! no reputable place of business would service a minor if they arent aloud! even if you have your parents and the pope bwith you with Id's and birth certificates! they would probably turn you away! Sorry to say it like that but that was very stupid of you to do something like that! You should have just waited and been patient! Don't go runnin around tryin to find someone that will bail you out of an ugly tattoo! it was your choice live with it and when you get older you can have it fixed! For now jut live with the consequence that you really messed up hun! sorry but thats the truth!

Maybe the color faded. Just check in tattoo shops in your area. Do some research. Make sure they have stuff to clean their equipment, and make sure you find out what kind a experience they have. Its not hard, but I hope a parent is going with you. Because if you're underage they wont do it.

I believe that in NC, you can't get a tattoo under 18, even with parental consent.

no. and it was an awful idea for you to get a tattoo being underage. you should have known that anybody who would work on a minor without parental permission wasn't going to be good or reputable. i think you should have to live with the shoddy work you got until you are old enough to get it fixed. tattoos are a great thing and can be very beautiful but you have to respect real artists and know that their craft has taken years and years to perfect. good luck with your tattoo.

I too, got my first tat when I was underage, hope you have learned your lesson. There is not a whole lot that you can do until you are of age. Maybe the wait will help with your understanding of why you shouldn't get a tat when you are underage. Sorry, I know that that is not much help. I still have my tat, I didn't get it covered up or fixed because it is a reminder of how stupid I was at that age.

I'm not sure about artists and shops in NC but if you came to my shop we wouldn't touch you without parental permission.
