Hi everybody.
this is my first post so please bare with me.
'm a 27 year old male.

I suffer from extreme anxiety, I experience horrible panic attacks. I'm always afraid that I'm dying or I have some kind of serious illness.
no heart disease in my fam, dnt smoke
I
Here is what is going on with me.
I have been to numerous dr's and ended up in the ER twice.

I have had 2 EKG's taken.

I'm on Effexor and I take Lorazapam when needed.

Lately I have been experincing slight pain up my left arm sometimes up my right arm too.
I get extremely dizzy, lightheaded, and my legs and arms feel weak at times.
I get a slight pain in my chest.
f I had to rate the pain from 1 to 10, 10 being the worse I would have to give it a 2.

Sometimes my jaw is sore. Dr says that is from clenching teeth but I rarely ever do that.
take my blood pressure twice a day it's usually on on the low side.
I'm concerned that something else is going on and that no one takes me serious enough

I have these symptoms too. Stress and anxiety. The pain in the jaw may not be from clenching your teeth, but if your like me, my tongue is pretty much always pressed up against my bottom teeth...not relaxed, which causes my jaw to hurt sometimes. I am taking Zanax and Wellbutrin. Not sure if the Wellbutrin is helping, but I have another apointment tomorrow to get the zanax refilled. I also get the dizzy feeling and when people are trying to talk to me I have a hard time focusing on the conversation...like I drift off into other thoughts. Just recognize it for what it is and when your attacks happen, you can better get them under control because you know what the symptoms are. Good luck.

First, who told you that you suffer from extreme anxiety? Did writing this cause excrutiating pain?

What did the EKG's say? That you should be on medicine?

Try to focus on what could be the pain in your arm. No, no heart attack going on here.

The extemely dizzy, lightheaded part is because, my opinion only, is you are stressed. It's good that you check out that slight pain & blood pressure, though.

Sore jaw = clenched teeth, tongue up against the roof of mouth while stressed out (?) Holding your jaw wrong & just plain arthritis.

Sorry to be so blunt. If you feel that you are that ill, then you should get a second, third & fourth opinion on all counts.

Take care & I really hope you feel better.

You could be and probably are clenching you teeth in you sleep this would cause the sore jaw, as for the panic attacts, this is often a chemical imbalance in your brain, have you ever had an MRI, maybe see a specialist, don't let the doctors put you off, if you dont feel well then keep going until they find out what is wrong

If you had perforated your hymen (caused it to become "un-intact) playing sports, you would have known it at the time .... and remembered it today. I don't know of any sports that would completely de-hymenize a woman. So, even if some rigorous sport pushed back your hymen or somehow made it smaller, first-time intercourse may be somewhat painful, and you may have some discharge of blood afterward. If the pain continues after the first three or four times you have intercourse, definitely seek a knowledgeable, caring physician. You may still have remnants of your hymen that might cause you discomfort for a loooong time to come.Good luck.

sounds like me (except the teeth thing, sorry but doc is probably right about that) I've got a compressed disk in my neck. Causes pain and numbness in my arms, I get dizzy and and lightheaded. Doc keeps trying to tell me it's from the neck problem not sure if I believe him but you might want to have an MRI done just to see?

I'm sorry you are going through this. If it were me I would look into another doctor or at the very least see if you can get this one to listen to you. Doctors work for you and part of their job is to listen then make sure the patient understands what they are saying. It sounds to me like this one just doesn't want to take the time to listen or explain. Please keep trying, all doctors are not the same. Good luck P.S. Your first post was fine, good job.
