Lots of reasons. Generally, the younger you are, the better your recovery time. I hit my pubes really young and at 11 could go 3 or more times if really excited. Now, usually 20-30 day recovery - LOL.
It also depends on being kinky. Doing something that is an exceptional turn on for the guy, some sort of role playing, might speed things along (catholic school girl, priest and naughty nun, priest and alter boy - eww - wierd how the fantasie involve catholicism).

yes, men can multiple orgasm. Your current boyfriend may be taking much longer to climax, and may be older. Age, length of sex time and hydration/nutrition can all play a part. Some guys can, some really can't. It has a lot to do with nutrition and hydration, though.

Some guys can repeat fairly quickly, some can not...
I could repeat about 6 - 8 times per hour when I was 17 / 18 / 19.

A guy needs to "cool down" a bit between orgasms. Just a few minutes to let his system reset to get ready for another go. He can't just keep on going, and have one right after another. Plus, he will run out of semen after a few.

My fiance says: it usually takes about 15 min for the sperm count to reproduce.... and then he has to be in the mood again... but if that doesn't happen then no. And he doesn't think that it is possible, as least for him personally, to achieve multiple orgasms like a woman does.

I dunno why that is. Sometimes my boyfriend can but sometimes he cant. It just depends on how excited he was in the first place I guess. So I guess some guys can have more than one O.... For most guys it should take about 20 minutes to be able to "go again".

Why are you so worried about him? If you want him to be longerlasting have him perform oral on you till you can't take it anymore or just before, then have intercourse and climax 2 gether
