It helps a little bit. Not enough to make a huge difference though.

Try considering breast reduction surgery (usually covered by insurance).

I went from a 38J to a 38C in Feb '06 (insurance covered all of it) and feel great

from what i know...breast tissue is made up of lots of fatty deposits so losing weight in general will help. the problem in general with losing weight is trying to lose fat in a target body area is very hard to do. so just doing cardio exercises and other stuff to lose weight might help. you could also try building more muscle in your chest by doing pushups or going to the gym and using the pec-deck (the one where you're sitting and move your arms in towards your chest)
