This guy at work is awesome and he basically told me that he found me extremely attractive and believes me to be a great person. So why hasn't he called me then? He even said that he would like to go out sometime..... Should I be patient and just give it sometime or is he just NOT interested in me?

ask urself instead, if u r interested or not ?
if yes and u think he is the one u r looking for. just make ur move. and let the love blossom all the way. if u r unsure about u, than wait for a while before the clouds of infatuation get pass. and give some time to your relationship. TIME WILL CLEAR IT ALL.

I can't tell you why HE hasn't called but I'll tell you that I refuse to call this girl who recently approached me and gave me her number because the longer I know her the more stan-off she's acting. I've been hurt plenty by girls in the past and right now I'm tryna move on up in my life and don't need nobody bringing me down. hope that helps...

Or he could be playing you.
The only way to know is to discover it by yourself. If he keeps coming on and off he is playing you,
I don't think he is really interested. I think he wants a booty call.

maybe bcuz u work together, if u reject him he'll still see u and maybe feel uncomfortable. u'll have to make some sort of move to show your interested so he'll be able to. i'm in sort of the same situation right now

no, u need to wait sometimes he just needs to gather his thoughts and think of what he wants to tell you. so be pacient and just wait for the right time. and you will do fine

give him time and you know what my husband now actually lost my number when he first got when we first met and was devastated, luckily I called him after he didn't call, so you never know the reason!
