I need to know a fast working diet that is still healthy, and the best way to work out to lose fat, and the best wokout to tone my muscles, especially my arms and thighs. I bellydance i've done that my whole, not from classes or anything, just the fact I love it and I do it at home everyday. So what's the best things to do?

The key to burning fat is to burn more calories than what your are taking in. At the end of your cardio work-out you may want to throw in some crunches, squats, lunges, and some work-outs with small weights for your arms and back. Don't do these all in the same day of course...alternate. Abs you can work out everyday. Remeber lighter weights, more reps makes you toned. More heavy weights, less reps, gains muscle. Listen to good music, and don't give up! Good Luck.

Cardio .. aka running is the best.. its all well and good toning up but its not actually getting rid of the fat.. well, not as much as running anyway.. (saying that - dont stop it)
and eat lots of fruit and veg, lay off carbs... but NOT COMPLETELY!!! especially if excersizing - they are important!..

umm i'm guessing your from the US so i dont know, but you could buy a cheap non treadmill to use at home, run whilst your watching tv etc

If you want a diet that will drop the pounds quickly, but is expensive, check with your doctor about Optifast. I dropped 60 lbs in about 3 months, but it runs $100 a week at least. Also check out http://www.liquiddietdiscussion.com for some insightful blogs on the subject.

As someone said before, it's not healthy to lose weight fast because it'll come back more than you originally started. Just eat right and do loads of cardio.

I ussaully keep a little journal to keep track of what i ate and i limit the un healthy things. Stay active and eat balanced meals. There's this club called "waight watchers" and it is awesome for people who want to loose pounds with out pills or starving yourself. For me i run a mile and a half each wends. and do push ups and situps daily.

there's not a way to lose weight healthy and quikly. Take your time, eat right and exercise. Drink plently of water as well. good luck.

drink alot of green tea with lemon. I lost alot of weight bym drinking it.
