Well you could join the .military or get a job with the .government

well you could,you have two options. you can either join the military which would be the much easier way or you'd have to hack the governments DNS(domain name server) then set up your email address. then you'd prolly go to jail for 15-20 years for an internet crime.

if you don't mind me asking..why?

You would have to join the military, or work for the DOD on a military installation for a specific job that entitles you for one. Or marry a soldier!

Unless you are a complete moron I would not even try that. You can be arrested for attempting to get that without a gov/mil affilation.
