A migraine headache can make you vomit.

oooh..most definitely. Your head equates to your equilibrium which may make you unstable, etc., If you get unstable, your stomach "turns upside down" -ever hear that one? Remember, everythings connected. Your feet & body stance, believe it or not, may have an effect, too. Try to remember if you have back problems or not. If you get a severe headache, such as a migraine (can't see light, sound, pillow over the head thing) Or, other causes may be mixed medication that shouldn't be mixed. Alcolhol is another major one which will start one. You must eat good meals & drink water all the time, regardless. Not saying that this will cure you, but it will help. If you get too many of these bad headaches, please see a doctor. Take care.

i have migraines a lot, and oftentimes they cause me to vomit. usually i try to take a pain killer when my head starts to hurt, because once you reach the point of vomiting you pretty much have to go with the flow. normally my headache and queasyness go away after i vomit, and i can then relax and sleep it off. its a good idea to see a doctor if they dont go away, but a lot of times they cant determine the cause. mine are triggered by heat, stress, drastic change in weather, and fatigue. good luck!

Migraines and hangovers often have vomiting associated with them, but so does meningitis. You didn't say how old you are, but if you are really feeling bad you should go to the ER. I lost a cousin to meningitis. Good Luck!!
