There are a few good web sites. And they have numerous love poems. Maybe you can find one that fits suits you.

google love qutoes or love poems and see what you find. There are a lot of poems and such out there. It's just all a matter of finding one that you like. I write my own poety. Some guys don't like poetry, so be prepared in case he doesn't understand it. You better off writing you own in simple words so he understands exactly what you mean. Guys dont care about metaphors and such. It's too much for them to handle sometimes.

Do a search/google for "Leo Buscaglia" he wrote tons of books on love, and has many sweet/sappy quotes and poems.

I love you,
I love you,
Just to see your face,
My eyes water like carwash water on a windshield,
Just to see you,
I will always be waiting,
Sitting there to the left,
Just to see you,
Your worth more than the Federal Reserve,
Your worth more than the gold,
I love someone like you,
Someone honest and bold,
I Love You.
