I think so.If they have a sexy accent or good personality but not great looks sometimes it can be overlooked.Sometimes if they look great but have a snobbish personality then they can be "ugly". Agreed?

I think it can be a def. turn on. And I agree that a women's inner beauty makes her even more so on the outside and a women who is "ugly" on the inside can lose her appeal, no matter how smoking hot she is.
