Guys actually do have a thing for romance, but it's not the same thing that girls go for neccessarily. While some guys do like the whole candlelit dinner and cuddling on the couch for a tear jerking "chick flick", most of us just like it when girls let us play the part.

I like to take girls out to quiet pubs or restaurants where there's a good live band (that's playing the appropriate music) and let me do the "guy" thing, like hold the door, pay the bill and so on. Alot of girls nowadays argue little things like this, but it makes me feel good to play the "old fashioned" guy once in a while. Then back to the house, watch a movie that I get to pick out (not an action movie, but something that will hold my interest and still allow me to get close to the girl), some cuddling and what not, not neccessarily sex (not that I'd complain if that's where it went).

Basically, make us feel like we're needed and appreciated. I totally respect the fact that women nowadays are stronger and much more independant than they were when my parents were kids and so on, but every so often, it makes us guys feel good to be able to call the shots and be relied upon. Not an everyday thing neccessarily, but once in a while really makes my night.

That's what I would consider romantic.

For me, I like a girl who's affectionate and thoughtful. She's open and expresses what she feels. I like being intimate with each other. Little surprises, cuddling, cooking together, slow-dancing, walks in the park, picnics, paintings, looking at the night sky/blue sky. Things that are comforting and heartwarming. And of course, passionate kissing and lovemaking. It's all gotta be done with heart and soul.

I think any time you seduce a man It romantic. I rarely get seduced, Im always the seducer, so whenever I get a chance to just kick back and go for a ride I find it memorable.

I don't necessarily need romantic "things", but I like when she cuddles up next to me "just because". Or does the little things, like "Just called to say I am thinking of you." Yeah, it's the little things that do it for me.

I usually find anything that my lady thinks is romantic, romantic.

I like doing things that please them, it makes me feel good with whatever's going on.

So my suggestion, do whatever you'd like to do. It'll work if your man likes pleasing you. : )
