If you "ran" the program when downloading, no.
If you opted to "save" the program, just select and copy to a flashdrive.
If you insist on using a CD, you must use a CD/RW and it must first be formatted with the software that powers your burner.

Yes. The file has to be in one location, so if there are multiple files (ex: Install, Setup, Readme, Manual) then put them in a new file of their own. Right click on file and click send to your CD burning drive. In the bottom right corner of your screen there should be a little disc icon come up. click on it and it should say "files ready to be written onto CD". One of the options on the left column should be Burn to Cd. Click that.

Hi

Ok , if the program is install then NO , Now if the program is in .exe , .zip or .rar then yes. Remember that when you install a software on windows , it installs in diferent parts of windows , so even if you copy the folder where it resides you cant use it cause it will say missing files bla bla bla ,
