Sic your boyfriend on him and have him answer the phone next time he calls. That will freak him the hell out.

First of all, he's probably just trying to be nice and show you that you're someone special...so cut him a break.
Second, you have an "on again off again" boyfriend...which means absolutely crap. Either you have someone steady in your life or you don't...stop using that excuse.

You really ought to try being nice...oh, and who cares how your "on again off again" friend feels.

Just reiterate that you'd appreciate if he didn't call so much/text so much...but really...cut the guy a break. He's proabably a better guy than your "on again, off again" boyfriend anyway.

tell him you are not interested and that you are seeing someone...i don't think there's a better way you can tell him...however at one point you must've been interested in him and now your not and maybe it's b/c of your on and off boyfriend...thats why it's not always good to give your number out sometimes it's better to take the number that way you have control over who makes the calls.

He likes you so much that he's preoccupied with you. He won't stop until you give him a respond that you're not interested. Explain your situation. Tell him that he bothers you and that you'd appreciate if he stopped.

Tell him that you are going to report him to your supervisor and if he does not stop, tell them. This is sexual harrasment, and you dont have to put up with it. Forget getting him in trouble, he is the one getting him self in trouble.
If your boss does nothing, go to HR dept.

I think you're going to have to come right out and tell him. Tell him that it's causing problems in your relationship and you need him not to call you anymore.

Tell him you're not interested....if he persists, contact your HR dept. and let them know he's bothering you.
