It's probably TMJ from clenching your jaw. See a doctor or ask a medical professional.

Sounds like you may have an ear or sinus infection (at the very least allergies or a cold). If you take decongestants or Mucinex (it thins the mucus) it should help the pain and stuffy feeling. If it still hurts take 2 tylenol (or advil, or aleve...whatever floats your boat) and wait a few days to see your doctor. Most of the time they won't prescribe antiobiotics unless other treatments have failed.

If you don't want to go see a doctor then pinch your nose shut and pop your ears yourself. Alternately, you could have a dislocated jaw, in which case you should go to the doctor.

You might have TMJ. You should consult a dentist. But if you like a more alternative approach try seeing a massage therapist and ask for transverse friction massage. It can be uncomfortable but at the end you will feel great. I had it done. It takes a few sessions, though.

It sounds like TMJ. I have the same problem. The doctor gave me muscle relaxers for me to use when if flares up to much, aleve, and a warm moist compress.

I have that problem too. It can really hurt some days. I have to be careful what foods I eat. Go to a denist and tell them. They will be able to help you.
