For viewing purposes, images which are displayed on the www are saved at a low resolution typically around 72 dpi and usually no larger than say 1024 pixels wide. Furthermore, if the image is saved in .gif file format you are going to have to contend with poor color reproduction as the gif format only supports 256 colors. This means that if you are going to enlarge it to poster size your image is going to look horrible, lots of digital artifacting, even if you do interpolate it in a good photo editing software like Photoshop.
On the other hand, your image was developed in photoshop, and hopefully it is of sufficient size to print large. The image should be a minimum of 300dpi, and hopefully larger than 20mb in size for the sharpest printing, although I am guessing it is small because you probably got the image in your email and most email will not support such large files. Actually it can be hard to say how the image will print large without really seeing the file and how it was setup. Like the last post said, take it to Kinko's, hopefully(cross your fingers) the person working the large format printers and photoshop knows how to properly setup your file for printing. Just be sure to save it in .PSD file format

You can download it to a CD and go to Kinko's or something. But if the image resolution size isn't super large then the quality of a wall poster is gonna be crappy. Good luck.

If you live near any college campuses, they have really cheap printing services... like $1.40 for normal poster size per sheet. Get someone who goes to school there to go to printing services and get it done for you. It should be in PSD format, which is perfect for them. They might charge you a tiny bit extra to cut off the white edges.

Or you can take it to Kinkos and have them do it for $2.00 per sheet plus cutting costs.

In any event, burn it to a CD or put it on a flash drive and bring it to them.

If you want real quailty I would take it to Ritz Camera.com. They do great photo blow-ups. Now I always go in to the store, but I do believe you can submit the image on line.
