I also started reading taoism which helped as well. Please let me know?

Everything you need to know is in the Bible. The world is falling apart and I know the end of the story. Jesus Christ is the answer to your fear.

I can relate so I'll tell you what worked for me - Jesus.

I once lived very recklessly, no cares - angry all the time. Then I got "married" (I am now) and had kids, my life became more controlled but now I would worry and be anxious all the time. I had 2 near death experiences, I never felt peace. I would have trouble sleeping all the time.

I searched for God - I suppose I was really looking for peace - until one day my youngest son asked if we could go to church. I made a bunch of excuses but eventually gave in. We went to an Assembly of God church. It was unlike anything I ever knew - the next week I gave my life to Christ.

Now that my life is in His hands I have complete peace. I wish you the same.

If you wanna conquer all the fear of those things, true rest from them cannot be found in the eastern religions. But if you'll look to Jesus Christ as The Light of your salvation and consider I Timothy 1:7, "For The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and that of a sound mind." You see, love conquers all but to get the power spoken of here and the sound mind, it can only be experienced through Jesus Christ! This is probably not the answer your looking for and not the ones that all the Anti-Christ people wanna hear, but it is THE ANSWER that has stood true through the test of time.Hope this helps. PEACE!!!

If you are a Christian 2 Timothy 1:6,7 will help you. The verses read 'Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying of my hands. For God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. The Apostle Paul was instructing Timothy to pray in tongues or in the spirit frequently so that the spirit of power, love and sound mind would be upon him. If we follow this advice we will enjoy the same result.

The only way I know to be free from the fear of death is to get forgiveness from the One who overcame DEATH for the sins of the world, and that is Jesus.

O death where is thy sting? O grave where is thy victory?
1 Corinthians 15:55

You sounds like you have been through a great deal of turmoil. I can only tell you what has made my life happy, especially in times of trouble and that is my faith in Jesus. He promises to walk with you everyday and never leave you. Read the 23 Psalm. He is our comforter and friend. I hope you find your way and find peace. God Bless you. I don't know about the other religions you have mentioned I can only tell you what has brought me peace of mind.

Allow me to share with you my view on death.
Really, it is just a beginning. The moth has to die, in order for the butterfly to emerge. Your heart has to stop, in order for your soul to fly free. Death is when you close the door to one world and open another door to a new world.
I am not much of a technological person unfortunately. My Master however knows so much more. Feel free to ask him, surely he will not hesitate to help.

One who does not fear, does not love. You will always fear something, and there is no cure for it. The brave are not fearless, they just face their fears.
