...Who is soooo similar to me it scares me. We constantly talk on AIM, but I can't get anything past that. She just showed her first signs of flirtation with me this past week after 4 months of just being awesome friends.

I don't know if this will work, but I'd love to just ask her out for coffee sometime. She's never dated anyone before, so I don't know how to approach it, or even ask her.

Any help would be great!

You have the right idea. You need to say something like this: "Hey , would you like to go out for coffee ?" After you've been out for coffee, try for lunch. Then dinner. Of course, give intervals of about four days to one week before these meetings. And don't spend so much time talking between meetings or you won't have much to say on the dates. If at any point it becomes difficult to nail down a specific time to go out with her for no good reason, take it as rejection and move on. Likewise, if she stands you up without a REALLY good reason, move on. Good luck!

Oh yeah . . . be on the lookout for touching, staring, laughing at your jokes, etc., as they are signs that she's into you. Good luck!
