I received this same line from my ex-wife after 16 years of marriage. And I still dint understand what she meant by it, other than she didn't want to be with me anymore. It is a very confusing statement to make to someone that you supposedly love. In a way she gave you a gift. Now you have the chance to find new and better opportunities than what you had with her. Time to move on.

Loving someone and being "in love" with someone are 2 totally different things. You love a person because they mean something to you, there are ties to that person that inspire love. But, being in love with someone is when they bring out the best in you, when you cannot imagine your life without them, the thought of losing them makes you cry, and knowing that they are there with you brings an unbelievable calm.

Not too good...that means that she loves you like a friend or family member but is not romantically in love with you...keep goin hon...unless her feelings change you will not get anywhere with that one.

I've always thought that this is the dumbest thing someone can say to someone else. I think it means that she is over analyzing her feelings or maybe she isn't that into you. Who knows. I hate it when people say that kind of thing. It makes them sound immature.

She loves you but doesn't feel the "spark" of love any longer. She doesn't want to let you go because she doesn't want someone else to have you.
