"Irritante" or "molesto"

All of these answers in here are wrong. I only saw one correct answer in here and that is "enfadoso". If you look up "annoying" in a english to spanish dictionary, the dictionary will give you "molesto". But "molesto" is not the correct answer. Just ask anyone that is actually fluent in spanish and they will tell you that "enfadoso" is a better word for "annyoing".

Masiosare is right. It is better to say Irritante than molesto. Molesto is correctly used when someone is upset.
El joven esta molesto. (the young man is upset)
On the other hand, if you want to say annoying, the correct translation is Irritante. El nino es irritante (the boy is annoying).

~I say it (well, that's not true but if I was going to, I would say it):
"Annoying in Spanish". But that doesn't answer your question. That's how I would write it. I would say it:
Did you catch that?
If I wanted to translate annoying into Spanish (and why would I?), I would check out a Spanish/English dictionary or even go to Bablefish.com. But that would be too much like doing my own homework, which I'm not about to do, so I'll make us even and I won't do yours either.

The correct translation for annoying in spanish is the word "desesperante".
Example: The boy is annoying. "El niño es desesperante".
It is used commonly in spanish speaking countries. More used than irritante, molesto and every word suggested.

annoying = enojoso, fastidioso, molesto/molestoso, irritante
the ending "o" to be changed to an "a" if it is a firl.

Be careful: someone trying to be funny put "maricón". That word means "sissy" or "gay" or "effeminate".

Fastidioso (troublesome). Enfadoso. Change the o to an a if it's a girl. Some of these answers are off. I think they're all off!

molestar is the verb
molesta is the adj.
