My little sister who is 6 and my little brother who is 4 have no manners They never say sorry or please.
My sister asks me to do stuff for her and ill i tell her is to say please.. and she says no and starts crying for 1 hour straight trying to get what she wants.
I mean all she has to do is just say please but she rather cry for 1 hour straight.
same with my little brother. What is wrong with them. Is this normal??

Yeah, it is normal, but not very satisfactory. Some kids seem perfectly happy to cry for an hour or longer rather than do something they don't want to.
Try a different approach, with a little humor. Before the child starts crying, say, "Okay, you have a choice: you can cry for an hour and not get anything, or you can say 'please' and get a cookie."
It helped with my daughter. When I put it to her like that, she decided to do it the easy way.

Ugh, my siblinings are like that too. I have 6 younger siblings. They are all rude at that time of their life. I just dont give it to them until they say it.
I pretend like i dont hear them, and then if they cry, they should get it that it is the're fault.

hmmmm..that is not normal my dear...well it depends how the parents dicipline them..and you know for a good training for the children it start from the womb of the mother to 1 year old until he or she grow up...........
