what do you like on your baked potato?

Sour cream, butter, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and some salt and pepper. A classic "loaded" baked potato, in other words.
I like a little green onion with the sour cream sometimes, but it's not necessary.

I start with salt and pepper on the potato itself, before adding toppings (yes, this is a process.)
Then, a couple pats of butter, sour cream on top of that, then chives and a little more pepper for decoration.

for a side dish I like butter, sour cream and parmesan cheese but fo r a main dish i love to make taco stuffed potatos....taco meat shredded cheddar sour cream and salsa or guacamole.
