If Calling Canada Landlines and Mobiles Use Vonage (unlimited) VoIP stand alone modem type fixed rates with Canadian location which is currently being tested by the NTC for a 2008 launch in the Philippines by an Outsourcing Multinational Company.

Upside: Fixed Rate and no inbound and outbound charges for Canada, US, Puerto Rico, UK, Spain, Italy and Spain. Your own Canada Land line Can be brought anywhere with an 128 KB Internet Connection. Used by most Call Centers in the Philippines.

Downside: No 128KB Connection and Electricity = No VoIP.
Payments in 30.00 - 38.00 Range U.S. Dollars in US or Canada with credit card and resident of U.S. or Canada and needs to ship modem device from the States. And will be only available on 2008 in the Philippines.

If Calling PC VoIP to PC VoIP Calling Skype is still the best.

Upside: Free!!! Everybody loves Free.
Downside: No Internet and Electricity No VoIP.

Nowadays, the most preferred way of communication online is Voice over Internet Protocol or otherwise known as VoIP whether for business use or personal use. There are so many advantages of this and there are lots of VoIP services that any web user can avail and of course, the best would be the cheapest. With cheap VoIP services, anyone can make affordable calls which can be made at anytime and also to anywhere around the globe. I suggest Switch2voip for VoIP calling.

What will the new rate of your provider be after the new taxes? The cheapest VoIP service I use is currently 12¢/min to Pakistan.

The best one right now from my experience is voipfibre. I have used voipdiscount, actionvoip, skype, but nothing provides per second billing and cheapest rates to india. Call for 30 secs and pay for only 30 secs. frikkn amazing. Go with this one
