I wish the pope could answer this one....

So..do you think I could be considered Christian, if.....I believe in Christ (not the son of God however) I respect him and all of his good doings....I think that his message was a good one...

Can I love him as a brother....but not believe he was the son of Godd .....?
Can I see him as messenger, holy....peacefull...but not believe that he his the son God?

Sure, in fact I see him as an equal with regards of what I am capable of achieving in this life also.

Not a god, but a brother. An equal.

Look upon Him as the promised one, the messiah. And believe His message. Don't get technical, you will still see Him face to face.

By the way, when we are in His family He wants us to consider Him our best friend.
