well it depends what your doing.
if your 60, and trying to take the whites out with a normal/natural color then no.
if your 60 and dying it green then yes

I see no reason why it should be acceptable for one person or group of people, and unacceptable for someone else/ some other group.
As for the elderly being forbidden to dye their hair.. when I was a kid, a dear family friend, an elderly gent with pure white hair, would dye his hair for holidays.. green for St. Pat's, red, white and blue for July Fourth.. I think he even had colorful polka dots at Easter time. Silly? Yes! Ridiculous? Well, yeah! But it was all in fun, and it's my most treasured memory of him. (in fact, since I was pretty little, I think it's my only memory of him.)
I don't think that children under the age of 12 should have any sort of permanent coloring done to their hair.

Do you mean like you're too old?
If so then I think no... stick to your natural color (I get that it would be grey but stick to what you used to have)... coloring hair takes years off... or even go with a blond shade if you're 100% grey... that could look nice. Just avoid the blue rinses haha.

No, because beautifying ones-self doesnt necessarily die with age. If dying ones hair makes them look and feel good at even 100, so be it.!!!

Yes, I dont think anyone should dye their hair before they get greys, but kids under 13 shouldnt worry about that stuff.

As long as you're not dying it blue or green or hot pink I don't see a problem.

Yes. When you are fed up taking the time doing it, or spending the cash to get it done.
