Was it of God, or of the Devil?

Neither. It was of Benny, scamming people again, trying to sound powerful and connected to God -- anything to influence people into giving him lots of money.

A friend asked me to read some of Benn Hinn's books and see what I think. I do not think that Benny Hinn is a man of God. He states many things that go way off of Scripture, including the idea that people should give money to his church as opposed to other churches (he has a long convoluted explanation as to why, which clearly twists the intent of Scripture). I wouldn't take any of his prophecies too seriously.

Benny Hinn does not have the Holy Spirit. Benny HInn has a demon spirit. To Fidel Castro's credit, he is allowing the Eastern Orthodox Church to do mission work in Cuba.

Benny Hinn even said at one time, that he cursed anyone who spoke against him or his ministry.

Christians aren't supposed to curse.

He is greatly decieved.

Never did think much of him!
Going by Deuteronomy 13:1-5 and 18:18-22, I guess its Hinn who should be dead before Castro - killed by the millions of "Bible-believing" Christians who want to obey God's will!!

Maybe they could have a double ceremony with Oral Roberts. He said the Lord had threatened (? - 'promised'?) to "take him home" within a certain timeframe if a certain amount of $millions wasn't raised by then.
It didn't happen, either.

[Oops, 'forgot' - When it became VERY obvious there was not even half the required money coming in to keep Oral here and not let him get to Heaven quickly, 'God' changed his mind and told Oral to "hang on in down there on Earth!"]

It's not specific enough to be a real prophesy. I don't think it's anything inspired by God.....just full of himself.

What spirit is he lead by? I will not comment.

You know Benny is not too poular, thats why he goes to places all over the earth to people who never heard of Him.....

Overall, even if its from pride, if the gospel is preached it is still good.....principle in the Bible, I think in Acts. Anyone know where exactly?

Blessings,
David.

Well I would say neither... but more from his own pride. But just so you know, most Christians dont like Benny. He isnt like "our spokesperson" or our Pope or anything like that, very few of us hold him in any esteem at all.
