I think they started out 24/7 and then later decided 11/7 coz maybe nobody gets hunger pangs after bedtime anymore or they do all their shopping when the sun's up.

thats a good question..haha..i guess its incase of some emergency and they have to close the store..like some chics wter breaks who works there or they get robbed and polica have to close the store to investigate or something
