Other than the obvious possible infection, no. But if you are picking at it because it is bothering you, it's time to get it checked. They can be bad. Good Luck

Moles are territorial creatures, and picking at them may provoke an attack. They are known to carry rabies, molepox (a variation of chicken pox), and sometimes the clap.

If that's not dangerous, I don't know what is.

Well it is not the smartest thing in the world to do. Heck you are ripping part of your body right off, for no reason at all and inducing PAIN upon yourself. Sounds dumb to me
