Could you explain your question a little more, please? It doesn't make any sense.
I understand "superstition" to be generalized paranormal beliefs, held by many, that have no specific origin or history to which anybody can point. The beliefs just "exist", like spilling milk is bad luck, and spilling salt is bad luck, and black cats crossing your path is bad luck, but finding the one white hair on an otherwise all-black cat (and removing it without getting scratched) is GOOD luck.
"Luck" doesn't exist in Christian dogma. Furthermore, all of its tenants (teachings) have a foundation in a history of revelation (the experiences of humans with God, not the Book of Revelation). Not so with superstition.
If you try to classify all metaphysical beliefs as "superstition", you are in error. Many religions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, etc.) have some sort of historical record of the origins of their beliefs. "Superstition", however, is by nature so vague that it cannot qualify as much more than psuedo-spiritual assumption; no revelation is involved, no God is involved, no morality invoked.

Thank you for reminding me of my blessings, Mudcat. As I read your posts filled with bitterness, ignorance, smallness and insecurities I realize things could be worse -- I could be you!
