My Girlfriend Doesn't like the way I dress, she don't like my clothes or something but I really love the way I dress and look with that kind of clothes(I Mostly Wear Football Jerseys with Khakis), she also wants me to grow my hair out(My Head is Shaved),Should I listen to her, or not give a ****?

Tricky ... Well, she liked you and the way you look enough to become your girlfriend, so what's the problem now? You are who you are ... But, with that said, your clothes don't make who you are. They are an accessory to your personality. That's all. You didn't emntion your age, so I'm gonna generalize a little here -- if you are 20 and under, wear what you want before you actually have to worry about it, because the world at lage (especially the workplace) will judge you on how you look ~ in most places a shaved head and baggy sports wear, is a "thuggish" look. If you are over 20, you do need to start thinking about who you plan to be when you "grow-up" and start dressing the part. I know ... it isn't fair that we can be judged so easily on a shirt and a hair cut ... but it is true.
Now, I'm gonna add something your gf won't like, DON'T DO IT FOR HER! Do it for you because it is what & who YOU want to be! You know the attention you want and the reaction you want from people when they meet you. YOU dress the way YOU want to to get the attention YOU want. This decision is YOURS. If she loves you, she'll deal with it.

Tell her to mind her own business, and ask her what she would feel if you spent all day criticising her clothes and hair. You don't need people who want to change you- you need to find someone that wants a relationship with YOU- a personality inextricably bound up with the choices you make with regards your appearance.

I say not give a ****. If you like what you are wearing and like your hair then let her find someone else she can change to fit her wants instead of you. Don't change. If you do you won't be happy. There is someone out there that will love you for who you are.

a girl should luv u 4 who u r. they don't have a rite to go on and change u. if she really luved u she wouldn't care the way u dressed just about u. i'm a girl n i know i must have dun it a million tyms but now i know i should change. just remember DON"T EVER CHANGE 4 NE1 no matter how much u love them. if u change for them once they'll know that ur'e willing to do nething for them n it'll just kill u! best of luck.

if your girlfriend doesnt like you for who you are then you shouldnt go out with her because you shouldnt have to change the way you love to dress just to plz some girl that doesnt like your clothes or your hair so if she dont like you for you than just dump her

What attracted her to you in the beginning??? If you are dressing the same way when she met you, you need to ask her why does she want to change you. You need to listen to Ruben Studdards new song "Change me" don't lose yourself in this relationship

if shes trying to get you to dress all preppy then i wouldn't do it but if shes trying to get you to wear nicer clothes like button ups then try it for a while and see if you like if and if not then just tell her that you like the way you dress.

obviously she is your girlfriend because she sees past the way you dress... if you do what she says now it shows that you arnt in control of the relationship and deep down inside women love it when men are men and have control of the relationship.

She loves the "idea" of you honey. the "who"she dreams you could be. So be who you are and find out what she really wants, you or the guy she thinks she can make you into.
