cracked wheat hoagie bun, provolone & american/swiss cheese, lettuce, spiced oil (a little like Italian dressing), tomatoes, onions, mild banana peppers, mayonaise and one of the following meats:
turkey, ham, salami, corned beef, roast beef, tuna, seafood salad, no meat, or a combanation corned beef, ham, and salami.

Do the toppings sound good, and what kind of meat would you pick?

YUM!!!

Bring it on with everything you have listed! Okay, but with 'light' mayo and NO 'American Cheese' as there is no such thing! The key word here is cheese! Oh, and the seafood salad has to be the real thing! None of that Imitation stuff!

Open a store dude! And move it to Madison, WI!

Sounds good (except for the mayo) -- I'd choose salami and ham as the meats.

I don't know about tuna and provolone -- but canned tuna is AMAZING with camembert and corn kernels.

(-: It's lunch time here. Oh, I wish I had a hoagie!

I would select the salami or roast beef. just sounds like those two would go better with the other spicy things you are adding.
I think the ham and turkey would be to weak and the tuna would be much of another taste to go with the spicy taste
Corn beef I have no idea how that taste

you need to use a sesame seeded roll, not cracked wheat, aged sharp provolone cheese, cappicola ham, genoa salami, make sure the lettuce and onions are fresh, and the spiced oil can't be too zesty, go with a vinegrette or just oil and vinegar. the peppers might be a bit of overkill.

The bread is fine I would choose smoked turkey or roast beef with brick cheese or mozarella and toast it (over an open charcoal grill would be great). Thinly slice up some kosher pickled cucumber, and stuff it with pickled veggies such as cauliflower, carrots, red bell pepper and jalapenos/banana peppers. Add shredded iceberg lettuce, olive oil& redwine vinegar dressing, mustard, oregano, tomatoes, onions and squeeze in some lovin :)
Crunchy and super delicous....

Sounds great use Turkey as the meat with provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, salt, pepper, oil vinegar, cucumber and mild banana peppers.

I like Italian BMT's at Subway. That has salami and ham. I like it on parmasan and herb toasted bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. I also like pepper jack or swiss cheese on it.

Use roast beef, no american cheese, a little black olive, and make the onions red and you have yourself a nice sandwich.

I have a good sandwich for you:

chive and green onion cream cheese with peanut butter

Or salami with whipped cream

Or chocolate pudding and clam chowder
