Your phrasing of the question reveals your bias. This is not a question, but a statement of opinion. Why are you fishing for conflict?

Superstition is the fear of something happening because something is not being done by a person. As humans we make choices in our lives but can no more guide this than totally control your breath.

There is eternal blessing and punishment - either confirmed by what a person does with Christ - accept or reject.

Would rather be sincerely faithful than eternally wrong!

Give some examples of the "irrational dogmas" that you believe are holding back the progress of mankind.

How does believing we will be held to account for our actions negatively impact society?

I like the line in the song:
"Twas Grace that taught my heart to fear,
And grace my fears relieved."

There are those who live without fear because they are without a clue.
There are those who live without fear because they have come to know Him who is true.

Which are you ? Or are you still afraid?

Fear is never good

(Hebrews 2:14) Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

(Hebrews 2:15) And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

I did not become a Christian because I feared hell, I was saved by the mercy of God. He (not I) transformed my life. Once I was "blind", but now I "see."

It's better to break free of superstitious fear, therefore, accept Christ.

If you did some serious study, you'd realize it isn't irrational, but very logical, seeing as how it's the truth.
