So, so hard. Sometimes it just takes some time. The best thing to do is keep yourself occupied with other things / people / friends. You can't be in communication with the 'ex' because that just makes you think things are working out again. I think many times we start to look back on relationships and miss the good things, and we forget about the things that weren't that great. SO -- if you start feeling lonely for that person, think about why you aren't together anymore, or the bad things about the relationship. I always told my daughter --- go out on a few dates. You don't have to be completely attracted to someone just to go get lunch or see a movie. You never know what you might find. You definitely don't need to go from one love to another, but if you've given it a little time -- then give yourself a chance to find someone better :)

You never forget your first love. It just seems to hurt a little less as years go by. SOme times I wish I had married my first love cause she was the best love I ever had. The pain never goes away it just seems to fade but its always there some where in the back of your mind you wish you could have that person back.

Hi superpret!!!!

Time, time, time a long time. If you know for sure that is over don't get stuck on it !!!!

You are only loosing your own time to meet some one new that probably will last much longer, and will truly love you.

Change the color of your hair, have your nails done, plan to go out with friends and fa. Live your life to the fullest, don't stop it for some one that didn't know how to Love and appreciate you.

Once you have time for and with yourself, you'll feel much better. Trust me!!!!
LOVE yourself; Don't love who ever doesn't love you!!!
GOD BLESS YOU MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR
