I don't know if it would actually fix the problem. It would be like a temporary fix to make you hair not "look" damaged , but underneath it will stll have the same damage.
I suggest clipping your ends, and putting some Cholesterol conditioner on your hair and sitting under the dryer 10 - 15 mins once a week, and applying a little on your hair after each time you shampoo, for about 4 - 6 wks and you will see a difference.

No, it's to oily plus some of the ingredients in baby oil is bad for your hair. Then adding baby oil alos leaves your hair, limp, and the oil collects a lot of dirt. Try using a hair oil, like a Carrot Oil Cream or Herbal Oil Cream .

1. Why would you put baby oil in your hair? It makes it look like you haven't washed your hair in a week or more! 2. Putting on baby oil and then going out in the sun is like putting on Crisco and going in the sun. It is horrible for your skin and will increase your chance of sunburn and skin cancer. And I cannot imagine that it would be very good to put it on your scalp and go in the sun

it is great for dry hair but very hard to wash out, which causes it to dry out again. Better to try one of those hot oil treatments you can buy in most drug stores. Easier on the hair in the long run.

yes, it is recommended you massage your scalp and hair with a little baby oil before shampooing, and then wash your hair and that will help relieve your dry hair- also olive oil is better than baby oil for dry hair

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tr.im/fDYhX
While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Baby oil always makes my hair feel a little gross... but I find if you use a little bit of olive oil on the ends it makes your hair really shiny.

Yes baby oil will work if you leave it on for 4 hours wrapped in a towel. I tried that, it worked. You could also try other oils such as head/henna/olive.

I use it on the ends of my hair after I straighen it to prevent frizz and flyaways, it works wonderful. Just use a dime size amount otherwise it will make your hair look greasy and unwashed. But other then that, it makes my hair look soft, silky, and smooth.
If your looking for some kind of leave in, or conditioner....DOVE has GREAT products in the dark blue bottles.
