put n 56 pounds in a year. i moved and i was alreayd heavy and i came back and i saw people i knew they didnt recongize me i cant se ehow that is possible when a 247 pound 17 year old gained 50 plus pounds and my ex-girlfriend tried hugging me and she couldnt geher arms around em and she got me depressed and i began to eat and eat and eat and then i dont know what to do thats where u come in

So what is your question? Go for a walk, a bike ride, etc...I think you know how to fix it.
