Yea well I got in contact with my bf again. And I really don't wanna kill myself so death is so final. Plus its the easy way out. I also wanna get married before I die. So I was wondering if any of you could provide me with good information. I live in Virginia....and I don't know who to talk to. I don't like my therapist cuz I think she doesn't hear me and then with the other one she just visits with me for 5 mins. So......cuz I still cut myself and that scares my bf. And he says he loves me and thinks I should get help. But I am not sure how but I really need it cuz of bad I feel.

Contact your local mental health center or crisis center.....either of these should be able to help you or supply you with information on another facility capable of meeting your needs.

First and foremost I think that you should want to get the help for yourself not just because you got back into contact with your bf and he thinks that you should get the help. Yeah it is good to have someone that is looking out for your well being but what happens when you do get this help that you seek and he disappears again? Does that mean it will be ok again for you to go back to feeling like this until he comes back again. You need to do this for yourself to make yourself feel better. Boys or men come and go but mental health is with you for a lifetime. I know this info may sound rude to you but that is just the way life goes.

If your rationalizing your problems on yahoo answers ,it sounds like your just playing the attention game .Maybe you should just grow up
