I like this guy but we've always been just friends. Hes only in my French class and my home ec. class. But I kinda like him more than a friend. In french class, we were making x-mas cards and he got one of his friends to give it to me. His friend told me it was him, but he didnt want me to find out! Does this mean he likes me? Cause we're always together and he always gives me friendly hugs but he doesnt give any hugs to other of his friends that are girls. What does this mean??

He probably likes you, but to make sure you should take the chance and ask him. He may back off and say no...but if he is truly a friend and wants more he should respect you for going out of the way and asking him. I think you should ask him or hint to him that you like him. But be warned...some guys don't get subtle hints so you may have to spell it right out to him. =) Good luck!

It means he's a wimp, and doesn't want to be rejected. Why not take control and ask him, nicely, in a location with none of your other friends around, what's up? If he's interested, hopefully he'd step up at that point.
If not, then at least you have an idea.

He likes you, but doesn't want to screw up your friendship and/or is to embarrassed or nervous to admit it to you.
Tell him you like him, or at least give him some HUGE hints... or just get the two of you together alone, give him a friendly hug - and kiss him... :)

he probably does like you if u really like him show him that your interested make him feel like you want to date him maybe hes just too shy to ask u out and risk losing you as a friend, just act all close to him when ur around him grab onto his arm or touch his arm when he says something funny smile at him amke him feel good maybe that will givehim the motivation he needs to ask u out. if ur not a traditionalist maybe u could try making the first move and coming out and saying u like him or even asking him out

you body should already tell you that he likes you, because it is very obvious he does, he's probably just afraid of being rejected, like you are feeling right now. So take a chance, tell him how you feel, and i bet he feels the same way.
